When You Stop Smoking Cigarettes You Will Change Your Life
If you want to stop smoking, then it is time to be serious about the idea of getting help to reach your goals. Many people don't want to admit that they need help to stop smoking, especially those individuals who feel that if they can't do it on their own then they are weak.
The bottom line, however, is that cigarettes are habit forming and worse they are addictive as well. It doesn't take a weak person to become addicted, addiction happens to people all of the time, is is no respecter of rank, title, sex or life station, so you should not feel bad if you need to seek help with your goal to quit smoking.

Okay, you might not feel better in the first week, but wait until the first time you climb a flight of stairs and find that you are not breathing heavy when you get to the top, nothing quite beats that feeling, and when you stop smoking, it won't be long before you experience that for yourself.
Another benefit to quitting smoking is that you can eat where you want in a restaurant. Also, you don't have to search for a smoking spot that won't effect others and you won't have to suffer from the evil eye that so many people give to smokers these days.
You will also benefit from the fact that you will know that smoking isn't ruling your life. You won't have to watch the clock during the day waiting for that next break so that you can have your smoke break.
For those of you who work around non smokers, when you stop smoking, you will no longer have to face their resentment that you take quite a lot of breaks during the day because you smoke, additionally you may be more appealing to friends, family and the opposite sex (for you single folks out there).
There are many health reasons for you to stop smoking and there are many social and work reasons too. Get your life together, talk to your doctor and get cigarettes out of your life. You will look and feel better and you will be happy that you did as well.
